Christian, der Vermieter, ist zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Kritik:ein Dachfenster war undicht und es regnete herein. Die Teppichböden und die Bett-und Polsterbezüge waren schon reichlich abgenutzt. Fazit: Tolle Unterkunft mit etws Nachholbedarf, werde ich wieder buchen. "

Le propriétaire sympathique, nous avons pu rajouter un matelas parterre pour une de mes filles, il n'y a que 2 lits doubles. La péniche est très agréable, très bien située dans un quartier très calme, aménagée avec gout. Nous avons très bien dormi malgré l'absence de rideaux !! Nous prenions le petit déjeuner et les repas du soir, proximité d'une grande surface. Malheureusement j'ai compris qu'il fallait une réservation de 3 nuits minimum !! dommage car j'y serais bien retournée en septembre !! Bravo et merci, c'était formidable. Mme Giroud"

Nice cozy environment on the peaceful Amsterdam Southern canal belt, with plenty of space and cool furnishing... Great kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and a huge living room... Also, awesome "terrace" outside the boat where you can enjoy every morning. Basically, to stay in a boat is an adventure itself - but don't worry - it doesn't swing due to the water :) The only weird thing is the lack of curtains, but that's Amsterdam culture and a good thing to wake you up early so you can have more time for your activities :) As recommended as possible! See you again, definitely!"

We have just two comments which I think are related to the fact that the owner was not there and had asked a well meaning but not very informed friend to look after the boat for him. Our main problem was that we wanted to cook and we couldn't understand the cooker nor find any instructions and Falko, although very keen to try and help, had no idea how it worked and had never used it. It was also a case of spring catching them unaware as the sitting out area was unkempt and covered in autumn leaves and we had to clear a space and wash down the outside furniture ourselves to sit outside in the sunshine! This being said we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to use City Mundo again to rent a houseboat or barge in Amsterdam and will recommend you to our friends. Thank you Stuart Fenwick"

Les photos et la visite virtuelle reflètent parfaitement l'ambiance qui règne. l'emplacement est parfait. Un tramway nous dépose à 100 mètres directement de Centraal Staion en moins d'1/4 d'heure. On peut tout faire à pieds ou à vélo de là en quelques minutes. Parcking à vélo juste devant la péniche (loués chez Mac Bike). Péniche très lumineuse, spacieuse et confortable. Par beau temps la terrasse est également parfaite, il y a même un barbecue. le propriétaire nous a même donné l'accès à sa connexion wifi. La baignoire est immense, c'est divin de s'y prélasser après de longues journées de visite de la ville. On aurait aimé y rester encore un peu... "

Die kleine Terasse war leider zwischen Boot und Straße (kein Blick auf's Wasser) Perfekt wäre noch eine Terrasse für 4 Personen an der Wasserseite. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mit der Straßenbahn innerhalb ca. 10 Minuten von Amsterdam Centraal aus zu erreichen. Da direkt nach uns keine Nachmieter kamen konnten wir das Boot am Abreisetag bis zum Nachmittag nutzen. Die Lage am Rand des Zentrums hat was für sich. Wenn wir auf dem Boot waren, waren wir etwas raus aus dem allgemeinen Trubel, der über die Pfingsfeiertage wohl besonders groß ist. "
