Een kamer heeft een prachtig uitzicht en een tweepersoons slaapbank; de andere kamer heeft een klein balkonnetje en heeft naar wens een tweepersoonsbed of twee eenpersoonsbedden. Gunstig gelegen bij het Vondelpark in Amsterdam OudZuid, 10 minuten met de tram naar het centrum.
