Twee gezellige kamers bij een aardige host. Elke kamer heeft een open ontbijt-keuken en televisie. De kamers delen een badkamer met douche; gemeenschappelijk gebruik van toilet. Een kamer heeft een prachtig uitzicht en een tweepersoons slaapbank; de andere kamer heeft een klein balkonnetje en heeft naar wens een tweepersoonsbed of twee eenpersoonsbedden. Gunstig gelegen bij het Vondelpark in Amsterdam OudZuid, 10 minuten met de tram naar het centrum.

Michelle Mehta United States of Amerika (05/03/2011) "Ingrid's place was perfect for us as a family with two kids! The two room apartment was very comfortable, and we had plenty of space. The owner does teach singing lessons in the third room of the apartment, but she was quite considerate about not using the apartment in the evenings since we had small children going to bed. The location was very good, with lots of restaurants nearby and a grocery store down the street. The tram into the center was also just a couple of blocks away. The only downside is the flat is on the 4th floor, with a very narrow steep staircase. Don't pack any big heavy bags! Finally, be aware that the minimum charge for this unit is based on 3 adults. Although City Mundo originally quoted me a price for 2 adults and 2 children, when I went to book the place I had to pay for 3 adults. I was not pleased about that. "

The rooms were spotless and the facilities were excellent. I would definitely stay again. The surrounding area had everything you could need, including a supermarket over the road and a late night shop around the corner. I cannot speak highly enough about this accommodation, definitely one of my favourite places to stay, thank you Ingrid!!"

Also it's clean and have all cleaning supplies if you want it extra clean.. it is a little faraway from center for walking but there is a bus-tram station nearby. there is hot water, heating system that you can control and vantilators on the ceiling.. There is a big market on the opposite side of the street and a cute coffee place next to the building. Every detail that you may need is thought and prepared. My friends and me are very positive about the place and advise to everyone. finally thanks for all your help and kindness of the owner, Ingrid..From now on when we go to amsterdam, we know where we stay :)"
