You can take the tram #4 from the train station and get off directly in front of the apartment. -Centrally located, you can easily walk to many areas since you are there to sight see anyway. We walked to Museumplein, De Pijp, followed Prinsengracht canal all the way to Jordaan, you get the idea. -Cheerful apartment, it has everything you need. Very clean. -5 mins walk to Utrechtsestraat to Salon De Koffie, Kaashuis Tromp(cheese shop), and Tem1ple Doeloe. Cons: -If you rent in the summer, you will have the windows open at night, the traffic may get a little loud for you to sleep. -I recommend the owner buy a few nicer bath towels. -Bathroom is a little small, but it's fine. "

Eric Barry United States of Amerika (09/24/2010) "My wife and I stayed here for 10 days in September 2010 and we both will be staying here again when we come back. It was an adorable apartment and it is fantastically situated - seriously, we could not have asked for a better location. It is a quick walk to Museumplein and Centrum and Utrechtsestraat is just around the corner. (or you can take the tram which stops right outside the building) We visited a cafe on Utrechtsestraat every morning for a latte (best in the city - so far as we sampled (a lot!)) The two owners were fantastic and engaging. We had a question about something and we were able to get in contact with them immediately - it was very reassuring. A note to vistors from the U.S.: The "tram" is an above-ground trolly while a "train" is what you would expect it to be. We asked around in the station for "tram #4" and we were told to go to a platform - which is wrong, you pick them up outside of the station (just ask an attendant outside, they can direct you.) To finish - for the price, space, location, and just plain cuteness I don't believe you can get a better deal. Add in the genial and responsive owners and it is a steal. I highly recommend staying here. Eric"

Paula Naveira Spain (08/15/2010) "Muy buen apartamento. A pocos minutos andando de la Rembrantplein, y muy bien comunicado (con una parada de tranvía enfrente). Muy amplio, luminoso y muy bien equipado. No tiene ascensor (como la mayoría en Amsterdam)."

Coralie Larroche France (05/19/2010) "L'hébergement est très bien situé dans Amsterdam (à moins de 30 min à pied de la Gare Centrale et environ 10 min du marché aux fleurs). Une station de tram se trouve juste devant l'appartement. Il est très propre et il y a tout le nécessaire : draps, serviettes de toilette, sèche cheveux, vaisselle, batterie de cuisine, télé, Internet, un grand placard vide, grille pain, micro onde,... Il y a 2 supermarchés à environ 5 min à pied. La personne qui nous a accueillie est très sympatique : elle nous a donné de bons conseils et a été très agréable. Le seul inconvénient de l'hébergement (mais cela doit être le même pour tous les logements d'Amsterdam) : il n'y a pas de volets aux fenêtres ! Donc avec ses 3 grandes fenêtres, de bon matin, l'appartement est très lumineux !"
